Kirsty has 13 years experience working with and managing SIPP and SSAS in both an administrative and technical capacity. She also holds the CII's Financial Planning Certificate. With 2 young girls, Kirsty's spare time is mainly filled with being a taxi service for their rather busy social life! One of her favourite places to holiday in the UK is Centre Parcs. She is also an elder in the Church of Scotland.
Liz McGearyOffice Manager
Liz has 10 years experience in the specialist SIPP & SSAS market and has previously operated in technical, consultancy, business development and property related roles. She holds the CII's Diploma in Financial Planning, CF9 (Pensions Simplification) and FA2 (pensions administration) qualifications together with the Pension Management Institute's Retirement Provision Diploma. In her spare time Liz enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and travelling.
Stephen GilliganBusiness Development Manager - Scotland & Northern Ireland (Telephone 07500 957520)
Stephen has 17 years experience in financial services covering all aspects of self administered pensions. Having spent time on both business development and operational sides of the market, Stephen is well placed to guide advisers and clients through both the technical and practical aspects of pensions. Stephen holds a number of professional qualifications and is currently working towards the QCF Level 4 status. A keen golfer, ("he at least tries his best!") he also enjoys mountain biking, walking and taking his son to the football on a Saturday afternoon.
Kenneth HendersonTechnical & Compliance Officer
Kenneth has 19 years experience in the pensions industry, across a wide range of pension scheme types and in various roles, including administration, complaint handling, technical, and management. He holds the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision and was elected as a Fellow of the PMI in 2012. He also holds the CII’s FAFC (Pensions) and CF9 (Pensions Simplification) certificates. Kenneth is a volunteer adviser for The Pensions Advisory Service, where he also acts as Deputy Regional Organiser for Scotland.

George ThomsonPension Administrator
George has 18 years industry experience, including all aspects of pension, life and investment administration. He holds papers 1 & 2 of the CII’s Financial Planning Certificate and a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. George is also a member of the Scottish Scout active support group who provide support to scouting events throughout Scotland.
Lisa McAndrewPension Administrator
Lisa has 11 years industry experience, including the administration and servicing of all types personal and occupational pension schemes. She holds part 1 of the PMI Diploma in Pensions Administration and a Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Lisa likes to spend her spare time with friends and family, in-particular her 4yr old Niece and 3yr old Nephew – no two minutes are the same when in their company! She also enjoys holidaying, especially to Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria – her favourite place in the world.
Sarah BrownPension Administrator
Sarah joined Yorsipp after finishing university in 2013 and is currently working towards the CII's CF1 qualification. She graduated with a BA in Business Studies. Sarah would like to drive all of Route 66 in a mustang convertible and has recently bought a ukulele with the hope of being able to play a song on it....!!
Chris KiddPension Administrator
Chris has 3 years industry experience working across personal pensions, occupational schemes and life policies. He holds the CII’s FA1 paper (Life Office Administration), a BA in History and a MA in Medieval History. Hailing from the North West of England originally, Chris follows the red side of Manchester!
Linda OgilvieProperty Administrator
Linda has 17 years experience in financial services and holds the CII’s Certificate in Financial Planning. Linda enjoys spending time with her family and all sports especially running. She is looking forward to taking on the challenges of Tough Mudder and a Zombie Night Race later this year!

Rachael has 8 years experience in the financial services industry, including property, complaints handling and technical support. Rachael enjoys socialising with friends and traveling the world. She is notorious for her love of music and unfortunately for others her love of Karaoke! She is also a volunteer for the charity Epilepsy Scotland.

Natalie has 8 years industry experience in residential and commercial property. She helps ensure all rental income is kept up to date on our property portfolio.
