    Kirsty has over 17 years' experience working with and managing SIPP and SSAS in both an administrative and technical capacity. She also holds the CII's Financial Planning Certificate.

    Stephen has over 20 years' experience in financial services covering all aspects of self administered pensions. Having spent time on both business development and operational sides of the market, Stephen is well placed to guide advisers and clients through both the technical and practical aspects of pensions. Stephen holds a number of professional qualifications and is currently working towards the QCF Level 4 status.

  • Kenneth HendersonTechnical & Compliance Officer

    Kenneth has 23 years' experience in the pensions industry, across a wide range of pension scheme types and in various roles, including technical, compliance, complaint handling, administration, and management. He holds the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision and was elected as a Fellow of the PMI in 2012. He also holds the CII’s FAFC (Pensions) and CF9 (Pensions Simplification) certificates. Kenneth is a volunteer adviser for The Pensions Obudsman Early Resolution Team, where he also acts as Deputy Regional Organiser for Scotland.

    Karen has over 18 years’ experience in the pensions industry, across a wide range of pension scheme types and in various roles, including technical, quality control, administration, and management. She joined Yorsipp in early 2018, as Office Manager and oversees the Operations & Property teams ensuring that the continuation of excellent service is provided to our customers.

    Lisa has 16 years' industry experience, including the administration and servicing of all types of personal and occupational pension schemes. She holds part 1 of the PMI Diploma in Pensions Administration and a Modern Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

  • Sarah BrownPensions Administrator

    Sarah joined Yorsipp after finishing university in 2013 and is currently working towards the CII's CF1 qualification. She graduated with a BA in Business Studies.

  • Chris KiddPensions Administrator

    Chris has over 7 years' industry experience working across personal pensions, occupational schemes and life policies. He holds the CII’s FA1 paper (Life Office Administration), a BA in History and a MA in Medieval History.

  • Annette HendersonPensions Administrator

    Annette has 16 years' experience in administration in both the public and private sectors, specialising in dealing with sensitive cases and vulnerable customers. She holds an HNC in Administration & Information Technology.

  • Linda OgilviePensions Administrator

    Linda has 21 years' experience in financial services and holds the CII’s Certificate in Financial Planning.

  • George ThomsonProperty Administrator

    George has 18 years' industry experience, including all aspects of pension, life and investment administration. He holds papers 1 & 2 of the CII’s Financial Planning Certificate and a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

    Rachael has 12 years' experience in the financial services industry, including property, complaints handling and technical support.

  • Natalie ConnorCredit Control (Property)

    Natalie has 11 years' industry experience in residential and commercial property. She helps ensure all rental income is kept up to date on our property portfolio.
